By accepting terms and making Deposit and/or Remaining Balance Payment(s), you realize that Deposit and Remaining Balance Payment(s) are non-refundable/non-transferrable. There are no refunds eligible for any group or individual.

Should the trip not be able to be started by tour operator Imperial Charters, specific to not having sold enough seats, our guests will be notified by contact information listed and a refund will be provided.
